Shipping from UK Warehouse

Peak Bio-Tech (Regenyx Ltd) offers delivery within the UK Mainland through our reliable network of carriers.

This includes Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Pallex, 4PX, DX, and Evri.

We can offer rapid delivery to UK addresses from our UK storage locations.

Shipping from Central Warehouse Location

If stock is not available in a local storage location this will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase. We may instead offer shipping from a central warehouse storage location set up for our international shipping; in such as case the following may apply:

Due to various storage locations and differing item weights, each item in an order may have a different delivery schedule. Delivery times can vary significantly based on the product location. Please check the estimated delivery duration on the product page to understand how long your order will take. Occasionally, deliveries might exceed this estimated time, so we provide an approximation. If we receive orders while we are closed for any period, the delivery period will commence when we resume operations.

We Will Refund Relevant Customs and Import Charges 

In the unlikely event that you incur a customs and import duty fee from the courier (if applicable), please email Contact@peakbio-tech.com, and we will notify you if the charges have already been covered. If not, the customer must pay these charges, and we will refund the amount to you within one working day upon receipt of the payment confirmation.

UK Highlands & Islands

For the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, Jersey, Scottish Highlands/Islands, and Northern Ireland (excluding Gibraltar, see International), we offer paid delivery services depending on your location. Please contact chat@peakbio-tech.co.uk for more information.

International Orders

Peak Bio-Tech provides a paid international delivery service based on your location. If you are considering a purchase outside the UK, please contact chat@peakbio-tech.co.uk. We will provide a cost estimate based on your order type and quantity.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Most items will then be followed by a tracking confirmation within 1-5 working days.

Undeliverable Orders

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we cannot be held responsible for the costs associated with returning the parcel to its original destination and/or resending the item. Any such expenses will be deducted from applicable refunds. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring successful delivery.

Estimated Delivery

Additional time may be added to the estimated delivery dates to account for potential delays in the delivery network caused by unexpected disruptions or increased delivery volume (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, courier delays, peak seasons, etc.).

Returns 

Peak Bio-Tech is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and understands that returns may sometimes be necessary. Therefore, we offer a 14-60 Day Return Policy on most products to provide peace of mind.

We have a standard 14-day notification period, allowing you time to decide if you want to return the item, followed by an additional period to send it back. If you wish to return an item, please contact contact@peakbio-tech.com with your order number for further details.

All returned items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customer service must authorize all returns before they are sent back. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend insuring the goods to ensure they arrive safely. Once we inspect your items and confirmed the above conditions have been met, we will notify you about your return payment.

A 0-10% restocking fee applies for all returns, depending on the item's condition upon receipt. If the product is returned in the same condition it was delivered, no restocking fee is applied. Custom orders are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

All Peak Bio-Tech Red Light Panels have a 30-day return notification period. After notifying us, you have an additional 30 days to return the item.

Items Damaged upon delivery

We operate a 2-day reporting period. Therefore, you must notify contact@peakbio-tech.com within this time frame if you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. We will aim to resolve any issues. Please note that we cannot accept returns once the return period has been exceeded or the notification period has passed.

Evidence requirements

We take all reasonable measures to ensure your product is suitably packaged to ensure its arrival in suitable condition, however accidents can happen in transport. In the event this occurs we require you to provide the following photographic evidence for insurance purposes:

 - Clear photographs of damage to item (close up)

 - Clear photographs of damage to item (zoomed out, entire item visible)

 - Clear photograph of item packaging and any damage to packaging (shipping label must be visible).

 -Single Clear photograph simultaneously containing the item damage, packaging with shipping label, and packing slip/ invoice that was included with your item.

Exclusions

Our returns policy applies to most products in our store; however, some items may not support our return policy due to their intimate nature or location. More specifically, the no return policy applies to items such as supplements that have been opened or tampered with or bedding products.
